Q. I can see how much money I can save but I worry about booking myself. Don't I need a tour counter to help?

Further, if needed just go to your hotel reception and they will assist you. We are on hand to help by one toll free phone number calling from anywhere in Thailand.
Q. How much does the Thai Travel Card really cost us?
A. It costs 20.00 euro per person! There are No hidden costs involved - but you will save money on a wide range of TTC supported activities.
Q. I have checked the Thai Travel Card website and the activity or service that I want is not listed. How can I get TTC privilege prices for an unlisted item?
A. Although we have an extensive portfolio, sometimes you may find new or less known services. Simply contact TTC by email or Toll Free 1800 HOTLINE (1800 4685463) and give the name and contact details of the service; TTC will take it from there. In most cases we will be able to negotiate the price for you and set your booking and privilege price.
Q. How does the Thai Travel Card save me time?
A. Many travellers spend hours searching the internet or trying to bargain from tour desk to tour desk for each and every activity for the best deals when they get to their destination.
Using the TTC you have a one-stop shop where you can be sure of getting the best products at the best prices.
Q. If a problem occurs and we are not satisfied with our tour, who do we contact for resolution?
A. Your first step is to notify the service provider about your complaint before you return to your hotel. If you cannot get satisfaction, contact TTC as soon as possible.
Inform TTC of your complaint and the service providers name; TTC will then negotiate a satisfactory result with the service provider.
Q. What should I do if the service provider wants to charge a higher rate than expected ?
A. Immediately request a telephone to call TTC, tell TTC your problem and we will then discuss and resolve the issue with the operator.
Q. I want to bring a friend, who is not a member, on a tour. Do they get the TTC privilege prices?
A. So sorry, but this person must join and hold their own card and member number. The exception to this rule is if the person is a child 16 years or under.
